Bought a firm Spring Air Back Supporter mattress sight unseen over the phone 25 plus years ago from Bruce the Bed King. He said I could return it if it wasn't what I wanted. I had it for 28 years and because of that mattress my Scoliosis never bothered me. I recently had to get rid of it even though it looked exactly like the day I bought it. Best mattress for anyone with back issues bar none! I fully trust Spring Air for their outstanding products and business practices.
